Complaints and returns
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately verify their condition and conformity. Complaints regarding product conformity, including their quantity and/or external appearance, must be submitted in writing using the appropriate procedure and the appropriate authorized return materials request form (RMA). The goods must be sent freight prepaid to our warehouses accompanied by a transport document indicating the RMA number. Goods without this number will not be accepted. In case of an RMA request for a defective or damaged product, if the returned product is found to be functional, The CASCINA SAN GIOVANNI S.S. AGRICOLA reserves the right to charge the transportation cost for returning the goods, and a flat fee of €25.00 + VAT as reimbursement for technical expenses. If the return is accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Italian Law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of BERGAMO shall have jurisdiction.
RETURN POLICY
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the purchased product, a communication clearly expressing the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This communication must be sent by registered mail with return receipt.
The communication may also be sent, within the same timeframe, by telegram (to the company’s address).
The consumer must then arrange, using a courier of their choice, for the shipment of the product (if possible in its original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packaged) along with everything originally included.
The consumer must make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date they sent the communication exercising the right of withdrawal.
